Return Process

    Log into your ZipZap account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the electronic items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Carefully pack your device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all accessories, cables, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

    Ship the Item

    Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
